Online Centralised Admission Process
The link for the website
directly opens the Online Admission Portal for the Department of Higher
Education, Haryana. Click on https://dheadmissions.nic.in/
to open the portal for
registration and/or log in page to the admission form. The online portal shall
direct the student to an integrated admission form, available to all who want
to apply in any College/University of Haryana.
Click on the “Register” tab for a new registration,
if you are a new user.
A web page containing the “Online
Registration Form” will open, with a series of information required for the
registration process of the admission, such as name, father’s name, board roll
number, year of passing, etc.
all ﬁelds with the correct details. The ﬁelds marked (*) are mandatory.
NOTE: The mobile number shall be unique for every registration,
which means that the same mobile number cannot be used for registration for
more than one admission form. The mobile number used for registration of one
student shall remain exclusive to his/her admission form, only.
Fill a valid password and then after conﬁrming the password,
click on “REGISTER”.
A pop-up dialogue box containing the registration ID of the
student will appear on the webpage,
conﬁrming that the student has registered successfully.. The registration
ID shall be sent to the registered mobile number
via an SMS also. (Note the registration ID for future references.)
By clicking on “OK” in
the pop-up dialogue box, the web page will be automatically directed to the
login page of the portal.
Login with the Registration ID / Mobile number as
username and enter the password, and the given captcha.

tabs will appear on the web page after logging in.
Click on “PERSONAL DETAILS” to ﬁll the same.
The details ﬁlled in the registration form will be pre-ﬁlled in
the personal details section, and can be changed, if required*.
Any information or details can be changed before the ﬁnal submission at any point of time, if necessary.
After ﬁlling all the ﬁelds correctly the student shall upload
scanned copies of his/her passport size photograph and signature in the given

Click on “UPDATE” after ﬁlling all the details.
The tab for “ADDRESS
DETAILS” will open directly.
All the details should be ﬁlled correctly. If the permanent
address is the same as the correspondence address, then click on the check box
given in front of “SAME AS ABOVE”.
Click on “SAVE AND NEXT” to
ﬁll “General Details”.
Information such as
Nationality, Reservation category, Caste, etc. to be ﬁlled in this tab.
If the student
wants to apply for any #Scholarship Scheme, he/she can provide the bank details
in this tab.
Click on “UPDATE”.
The next tab that will be directed is “QUALIFICATIONS”.
The student is required to ﬁll his/her results of class 10 and

will ﬁll his/her CGPA grade, instead of percentage. There is no provision of
CGPA grades for class 12, therefore she/he shall add percentage in this ﬁeld.

This tab is important
for the procedure of admission, as the ﬁelds will affect the applicants’
weightage in the merit list.
The student can
click on “YES” or “NO”, according to
the options mentioned in the form, (#See “Weightage” in the prospectus for
further details). He/She shall have to produce supporting documents if they
apply for weightage under any given category.
NOTE: The maximum weightage given to the students shall be 10%.
Click on “SAVE”.
next tab that opens will be “CHOICE OF
COURSES” in which the applicants can select the college of their preference
and the best suited subject combination for them.
Select the ‘District’, “College’, ‘Course’ AND ‘Course
Section’ (main subject).
Finally select the subject combination provided by the concerned college.
The student can
click the tab “ADD COLLEGE”, if
he/she wants to apply for more than one college.
NOTE: Students can apply for 5 subject combinations of their
choice in one college (important for merit list), and can simultaneously apply
in 5 more colleges. This gives them the liberty to choose from 25 different
The last tab is where
all the documents such as Marksheet, Migration Certiﬁcate, Reservation
Certiﬁcate, proof for weightage, etc. will be uploaded by the students. The tab
includes a declaration and pledge, undertaking against anti-ragging and pledge
for the parents/guardians. Click on the check box against “I AGREE” to proceed.
Click on “UPLOAD”, and

in the preview and when conﬁrmed that all the details are correct, click “FINAL SUBMIT”.

The registration fee has been waived off for the session
2020-21, but the tuition fee shall be charged during admission.
All the uploaded documents shall be veriﬁed by the colleges at
the time of admission.
